SPECIFICATIONS Wall Finish:Plaster of Paris punning over sand cement plaster. Toilet walls will be finished with ceramic tiles up to 7 ft height. Floor Finish:Marble/Vitrified tiles for the entire flat including all toilets & kitchen. Doors & windows:Good quality hard wood for all doorframes. Main door will be panel door and internal door will be flush door with both sides teak wood veneer finish with melamine polish. All windows will be of aluminum with 4mm float glass. Kitchen:The kitchen will have granite top counter with ceramic tiles up to 2ft. height above the counter. Toilets:Good quality G.I. pipes will be used. All C.P fittings will be chrome Plated of reputed make. White ceramic fittings of reputed make will be provided. Electrical:Concealed insulated copper multi strand wires will be provided with Distribution boards with MCB in all flats.
